SONIC’s winter menu reached restaurants across the United States on November 2, following a week of early access through its app. The rollout adds a cherry-and-vanilla Santa Slush Float and a Smoked Gouda and Bacon SONIC Smasher, alongside seasonal soft drinks and a revised meal deal.
According to parent company Inspire Brands, the float combines flavoured Slush with vanilla soft serve and a cherry topping. The burger comes as a double or triple, pairing Angus beef patties with smoked gouda, bacon and black pepper aioli.
The refreshed $7 Big Deal Meal includes a cheeseburger, medium tots or fries, small chicken bites and a medium soft drink or iced tea. Brand Eating independently reported the menu and its nationwide launch date, distinguishing the wider rollout from the earlier app release.
The drink additions are Merry Berry Fizz, made with Sprite or Sprite Zero and cranberry syrup, and Holiday Creamy Vanilla, based on Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Zero with vanilla syrup and sweet cream. The seasonal items are available while supplies last.
