Shilp Samagam Mela 2026 opened at Dilli Haat, INA, in New Delhi on 2 November and is scheduled to continue through 15 November, according to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

The ministry says the fair offers a platform for artisans and beneficiaries from Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Safai Karamcharis and persons with disabilities to present and market their work. Around 150 stalls showcase crafts, handloom products and creative work under the Bharat TULIP and Purple Fest initiatives, the ministry said.

Seven themed zones bring together crafts, cultural expressions, traditions and food. For visitors, the event offers an opportunity to discover handmade products and meet makers. The ministry describes it as the first joint Shilp Utsav by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment and the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.

Check the organiser’s latest information for opening hours, access arrangements and any changes before visiting.
