Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the opening of a 44-room resort in Pavagadh, Gujarat, adding an operating property to its leisure portfolio.
The company’s November 4 stock-exchange filing identifies Carnation Hotels Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, as the manager. The resort is on Pavagadh-Halol Road in Panchmahal district.
Accommodation is offered across five categories: Heritage Tents, Heritage Cottages, Bunga Huts, Heritage Suites and Royal Tents. The company also lists a Citrus Café restaurant, banquet facilities, two boardrooms and an outdoor lawn.
The announcement describes the property as the group’s eleventh operational resort. Lemon Tree said its Gujarat portfolio now comprises 14 operating hotels, with another 18 in development.
This is an opening announcement rather than a new development agreement. The property was originally announced as a signing in December 2024, with an expected launch during the 2026–27 financial year.
Room availability, prices and individual facilities should be checked with the hotel when planning a stay.
