365squared, a subsidiary of Mumbai-headquartered Route Mobile, announced a voice-fraud protection platform on November 3 for mobile operators, fixed-line networks and voice carriers.
The product, called 365callguard, combines specialised artificial-intelligence models with rule-based detection. In its launch announcement, the company said the system is designed to identify suspicious calls before they reach subscribers.
The platform covers seven categories, including caller-ID spoofing, voice phishing, automated robocalls and one-ring callback scams. It also targets fraud involving international revenue sharing, SIM boxes and flash calls.
Depending on an operator’s policies and network capabilities, the system can trigger call blocking, change caller identification or alert subscribers. These are advertised capabilities, not a guarantee that every fraudulent call will be stopped.
The Malta-based business says the new product complements its existing messaging-protection service, 365smsguard, extending its offering across calls and messages.
The announcement did not name an Indian operator deploying the platform or give a consumer rollout date. Its immediate audience is telecom providers rather than individual phone users.
