Virasat, a festival celebrating Indian arts and living heritage, is scheduled to continue in Dehradun until 6 November 2026. Its 31st edition began on 23 October at the Himalayan Cultural Centre in Kaulagarh, according to organiser REACH.
The programme brings together performances, crafts and a bazaar. The organiser also describes food outlets featuring dishes from different Indian states. An open-air amphitheatre and an auditorium are among the spaces at this year’s venue.
Planning a visit
The festival is organised by Rural Entrepreneurship for Art & Cultural Heritage (REACH). Some programmes are ticketed. Visitors should consult the organiser’s current programme and ticket pages for the latest timings, prices and entry conditions before travelling.
The Himalayan Cultural Centre is in Kaulagarh, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Allow time for local traffic and check current transport information when planning a visit.
