US dessert chain Crumbl has introduced Scoopable Cookie Dough for a limited run from November 2 to 7, adding a spoonable dessert to its rotating menu. The company announced the launch on November 2 in a release distributed by Business Wire.
The dessert combines warm, tray-baked chocolate chip cookie dough with vanilla bean mousse. It is designed to have a soft texture rather than hold the shape of a conventional cookie, and the company says it will be offered in one size.
Brand Eating’s weekly menu report independently lists the new item alongside Frozen Hot Chocolate Cookie, Caramel Apple Cookie and Sea Salt Toffee Skillet Cookie. Confetti Cake Batter Cheesecake and Strawberry Heart Cake also feature in the same rotation.
Crumbl began in Logan, Utah, in 2017. The latest addition broadens the chain’s short-term dessert selection beyond individual cookies, with the announced availability ending on Saturday, November 7.
