UIDAI opened a new Aadhaar Seva Kendra at Yelahanka in Bengaluru on November 3, expanding its network of resident-service centres in Karnataka.
The facility has four operational kits and offers Aadhaar enrolment, demographic and biometric updates, and grievance support. According to the official announcement, it operates every day except public holidays. Residents can book services through the UIDAI appointment portal.
The centre will also accept complaints from Aadhaar holders for resolution through UIDAI’s regional office. The agency describes its centres as accessible facilities with wheelchair access, accessible restrooms and dedicated grievance arrangements.
The opening brings Karnataka’s operational UIDAI-run Aadhaar Seva Kendras to 21. Four more centres are planned across the state in the coming days, but the announcement does not establish that those additional locations are already serving residents.
