The Minnesota Wild defeated the Philadelphia Flyers 4–2 on November 3, extending their point streak to six games. Matt Boldy finished with a goal and an assist, while Jesper Wallstedt stopped 23 shots as Minnesota improved to 11–3–3.

Boldy and Michael McCarron scored just 31 seconds apart in the first period to give the visitors an early cushion. Joel Eriksson Ek added another goal in the opening minute of the second period, putting Minnesota 3–0 ahead.

Philadelphia responded through Tyson Foerster before Denver Barkey’s power-play goal early in the third period cut the deficit to one. The Flyers continued chasing an equaliser, but Danila Yurov scored into an empty net with 84 seconds remaining to secure the result.

The victory lifted Minnesota’s road record to 7–3–2. Wallstedt earned his tenth win of the season, and Yurov also drew three penalties during the game. Minnesota’s scoring came from four different players, helping the visitors withstand Philadelphia’s recovery after their strong start.
