Uttarakhand beat Haryana by ten wickets at the Abhimanyu Cricket Academy Ground in Dehradun on November 4, completing their Ranji Trophy match on the third day.
Dega Nischal was named player of the match after scoring 153 in Uttarakhand’s first-innings total of 305. His century accounted for just over half the team’s runs and helped establish a 152-run advantage over Haryana’s opening score of 153.
Haryana, who had won the toss and chosen to bat, made 159 in their second innings. That left Uttarakhand needing only eight runs to win. The home side finished at nine without loss in 1.2 overs.
The BCCI match centre confirms the final scores and ten-wicket margin. Although the fixture had been scheduled to continue until November 5, Uttarakhand’s first-innings lead and second-innings bowling effort allowed them to finish it a day early.
