Eligible Department of Telecommunications pensioners and family pensioners covered by BSNL units in Trichy Business Area have until 6 pm IST on November 10 to submit grievances for a proposed November 19 Pension Adalat.

The November 3 official notice says submissions should use the prescribed form and include supporting documents. They can be sent to the Joint CCA (Pension), PCCA Tamil Nadu Circle, by post, email at jtccapen.ccatn@nic.in, or through the office's pension-grievance drop box.

The hearing is intended for long-pending complaints that remain unresolved after other available channels have been exhausted. First-time cases, matters before a court and policy or system issues are excluded. The notice also excludes specified documentation and pay-anomaly matters.

Late or insufficiently detailed submissions will not be considered. The venue and time will be announced later. Pensioners should consult the official notice and the Tamil Nadu communications-accounts office for the form and full eligibility conditions.
