Tamil Nadu’s Cooperation Department will offer a ten-vegetable pack for ₹100 at 218 selected cooperative outlets from November 5 to 7. Four mobile vegetable outlets in Chennai will also take part.

The three-day sale follows departmental guidelines issued on November 3, DT Next reported. The initiative is called the Vetri Special Vegetable Pack.

Each pack contains 500 grams each of onions and tomatoes, 250 grams each of brinjal and potatoes, 200 grams each of carrots and beans, 100 grams each of green chillies and lemons, 50 grams of ginger, and a coconut weighing 400–450 grams.

The vegetables must be purchased as a complete pack, with a limit of one pack per customer. The fixed price is ₹100. Shoppers should confirm that their intended cooperative outlet is participating and check local opening hours and stock before travelling; the offer does not cover every shop.
