Osel Devices has entered into a ten-year concession agreement with India Trade Promotion Organisation for digital LED displays at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, the company disclosed on November 3.
The project covers the design, supply, installation, commissioning and operation of approximately 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor displays. It will use a public-private partnership and revenue-sharing model, according to the company’s exchange disclosure.
Osel expects the project to generate about ₹15 crore in annual revenue once established. That figure is a management projection, not a fixed upfront contract payment or revenue already earned. The release cautions that actual results may differ from its expectations.
The announcement establishes the concession arrangement but does not specify when installation will finish or the screens will enter service. It also does not disclose the revenue-sharing percentage or the investment required to install the displays.
