Neendoor Grama Panchayat in Kerala’s Kottayam district has invited competition entries for Keralolsavam 2026, scheduled for November 14 and 15. A notice published on the panchayat’s official website on November 4 identifies the State Youth Welfare Board and the panchayat as joint organisers.
People interested in taking part are asked to complete their registration through the Keralotsavam portal. The notice directs residents seeking further information to the Grama Panchayat Office.
The two-day programme is described as the Kerala Youth Festival. The announcement does not specify a registration deadline, competition timetable or detailed venue allocations, so participants should check those arrangements with the panchayat.
