Ticket bookings for aartis, Sugam Darshan and Rudrabhishek at Kashi Vishwanath Temple will be unavailable after the midday Bhog Aarti on November 9 until the evening Saptarishi Aarti on November 10. Darshan will remain open during that period.

The temple trust clarified the arrangements on November 3, according to Dainik Jagran. The temporary booking restriction is linked to festival rituals and preparations for Annakoot, rather than a closure of the shrine.

Decorations and other work near the western entrance to the sanctum will mean visitors approaching from that direction are guided through other designated entrances. The trust also said darshan arrangements would continue on Dev Deepawali, November 24.

For visitors planning a Varanasi trip, the distinction matters: access to darshan remains available even though specified ticketed services pause. Travellers should follow the temple’s official information channels for booking updates and entry arrangements.
