JNK India received an order on November 3 to design, engineer, supply and transport a heater package for a project in Nigeria. The customer is South Korea’s JNK Global, which is also one of the Indian company’s promoters.

In its stock-exchange filing, JNK India classified the contract as a “major” order. Under the company’s published classification, that means a value between ₹300 crore and ₹600 crore; an exact contract amount was not disclosed.

The filing specifies an 18-month schedule for free-on-board delivery. That describes the equipment delivery commitment and should not be read as a promised date for the Nigerian project to begin operating.

JNK India identified the agreement as a related-party transaction and said it was conducted on an arm’s-length basis. It did not disclose the project’s end customer or a specific site in Nigeria. The announcement adds an overseas equipment assignment to the company’s disclosed work, with engineering and transport included alongside supply.
