Media professionals planning to cover the 57th International Film Festival of India have until November 4 to submit accreditation applications, following an extension announced by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Read the official announcement.
The festival is scheduled for November 20–28 in Panaji, Goa. The ministry says eligible applicants should complete registration and upload the required documents through the official PIB accreditation portal before the revised deadline.
Journalists who registered for the previous edition can use their existing portal credentials and update documents as required. Accreditation covers festival reporting activities including screenings, discussions and interactions with film professionals, subject to the festival's arrangements.
Film enthusiasts who are not applying as media have a separate route: delegate registration through the official IFFI website. The two processes should not be confused. Applicants should use the relevant official portal and check its current requirements before submitting.
