Emirates will serve Diwali sweets on flights between Dubai and nine Indian cities on November 7 and 8, the airline announced on November 4. The offer covers Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kolkata and Mumbai across all cabin classes.

Premium Economy and Economy passengers will receive motichoor laddu with their hot meal. First and Business Class passengers will also be offered kaju pista roll, according to the airline’s announcement.

A separate festive menu is running in Emirates’ First and Business Class lounges in Dubai from November 3 to 8. It includes Indian savouries and desserts, with different selections in the two lounge categories.

The dates matter for passengers planning their journey: the onboard sweets are limited to November 7–8, while the Dubai lounge programme runs for six days. The announcement concerns catering on existing routes and does not introduce additional flights.
