The Diwali special edition of the Bharat Ko Janiye quiz is running from November 3 to 10, inviting participants to test their knowledge of India’s cultural heritage and the different ways the festival is celebrated.

A November 4 notice from the Indian High Commission in Wellington directs players to bkjquiz.com. The festive round forms part of BharatVerse, the revamped Bharat Ko Janiye platform promoted by the Ministry of External Affairs to connect the Indian diaspora and friends of India with the country’s culture.

The broader platform offers daily quizzes and games across subjects including food, festivals, music and geography. An earlier High Commission notice outlined access through the website and mobile apps, with participants creating a profile to use the service.

The current development is the opening of the Diwali participation window, rather than the launch of the platform itself, which had already been announced in October. Players looking for this festival-specific edition have until November 10 under the published schedule.
