Traditional food stalls are part of this year's Chhattisgarh Rajyotsav in Nava Raipur, where statehood celebrations combine cuisine, crafts and performances. The Ministry of Tourism's Incredible India listing gives November 1–3 as the festival dates.

Local reporting on November 2 describes moong bada served with patal, or tomato, chutney in the Khana Khazana food zone. Chhattisgarh Times identifies the stall's operator as Neeraj Chandrakar of Balodabazar.

A separate Garh Kalewa stall run by Manisha Women's Self-Help Group is serving regional preparations including chila, fara, chausela, thethri and khurmi, Chhattisgarh Times reported on November 1. The group is associated with Garh Kalewa near Raipur's Ghadi Chowk.

The food offering also includes dishes from outside the state. Chhattisgarh Times reported that a vendor from Kota was serving dal-baati-churma and pyaz kachori.

The official tourism page lists Rajyotsav Ground in Nava Raipur as the main venue and describes entry as free. Individual stall menus, prices and availability should be checked at the venue.
