Capacit'e Infraprojects announced on November 4 that it had received a letter of award worth approximately ₹306 crore, excluding GST, from Puravankara for construction at the Estrella residential project in Andheri West, Mumbai.
The work covers three basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels, an amenity level and 25 residential floors. The scope also includes the terrace and structures above it, retail space and a clubhouse.
Capacit'e said the award forms part of its ordinary civil-contracting business and is not a related-party transaction. Managing Director Rahul Katyal described the engagement as repeat business from Puravankara. The disclosure did not provide a construction-completion deadline or separately identify the date on which the letter of award was received.
