AVG Logistics announced on November 3 that it had secured a five-year transportation contract from a multinational beverage company. The customer’s identity was not disclosed.
Under the exchange filing, AVG will deploy vehicles for the customer’s transport requirements and provide GPS-enabled fleet tracking and real-time shipment visibility. The company described the assignment as a domestic contract and said it was not a related-party transaction.
AVG expects approximately ₹60 crore in revenue over the full five-year period. This is a multi-year expectation rather than an annual contract value or income already recorded.
The disclosure does not state the operating start date, routes, shipment volumes or number of vehicles to be assigned. Although AVG also operates cold-chain services elsewhere in its business, the announcement does not say this particular contract requires refrigerated vehicles. It represents a transport-services engagement, rather than the opening of a new warehouse or logistics park.
