Airtel and District announced a partnership on November 3 to improve digital connectivity at a 16-acre open-air concert venue in Bengaluru. The venue will be renamed Airtel Arena, while District continues to shape the experience for fans, artists and event organisers.

Airtel plans to invest in dedicated high-capacity digital infrastructure, with enhancements expected ahead of the upcoming event season. The partners say the upgrades are intended to support activities such as livestreaming, digital payments and staying in contact during crowded events.

The venue, developed by Go-Golf Entertainment, can accommodate more than 17,000 people, according to the announcement. Its existing facilities include a modular main stage, backstage areas and dedicated service roads for production logistics.

This is a branding and infrastructure partnership for an established venue, rather than the opening of a newly built concert ground. The site has already hosted major performances. The announcement does not disclose Airtel’s investment amount or a precise completion date for the connectivity work.
